Shiny Marathon!

Hello everybody, Riley speaking! (typing)  This post is about me and Alex's Shiny Marathon! We obtained 15 Shinies in 12 hours! Yesterday, me and Alex went on GTS Negotiations to pass some time, little did we know we started a marathon of Shiny trades. The final total was 15 Shinies, 4 appeared to be hacks and 11 are legitimate.

As you can see, it took a lot of energy and negotiating. My thumbs still hurt from all the button pushing.

    How do you know if they are hacks or legits? :s

      Well, most of the time it's pretty obvious. If you look at the summary you can tell where it was caught, at what level it was caught,and so on. Using that information you can tell pretty easily if it is hacked or not.

    But then if it was received as an egg? how can I tell then if it's a hack or not?

      Generally, you can't tell until it's hatched. Once it's hatched, you can normally tell by the stats and species of Pokemon whether it's fake or not. Thanks for reading!
